Devilled eggs

Kids love Easter egg decorating time! Adults seem even more excited about the next day’s transformation into devilled eggs. Here is my easy, sooo delicious version kids and adults love.

Prep Time:  15 Minutes

Serves 6-8


  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise, light
  • 1 tsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, light
  • 2 tsp bacon bits
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • paprika


Remove shells from boiled eggs, slice eggs in half and place yolks in bowl. Mash egg yolks with a fork and mix together with all the remaining ingredients. Scoop or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves and sprinkle with paprika.
